HOUSE RULES

*No Smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort. *No Pets allowed. *Minimun Age requirement of renter is 25. *2 Night Minimum stay during non-holiday. 3 Night Minimum stay on holidays and high occupancy dates such as spring break, etc. *Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. *Nightly Rates do not include 11.8% taxes/fees. *Standard occupancy is 6 people (children 3 yrs of age and younger do not count within the 6). *
